Founded in 2015 by visionary leaders Jeffery Ferezy and Moses Gichuho, Afrika Transition Hub emerged from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by African graduates transitioning to the job market.
We recognized that despite having quality education, many young Africans struggled to find meaningful employment due to the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. This inspired us to create a comprehensive solution that bridges this divide.
