We believe in the brilliance of the African youth.
Our story began in 2015 when we conducted our first youth leadership summit in Kenya. The key take away was the challenge most graduates face as they transition to the marketplace. Our founder & co-founder Jeffery Ferezy and Moses Gichuho had similar challenges after graduation of struggling to find a job or start a business. Jeffery was fired from his first job after working for two months and it took him 5 years to get back on his feet.
Approximately 20 million well-educated youth are expected to join the African workforce every year for the next three decades. It matters to us that they can find decent jobs or engage in entrepreneurship for a better livelihood.
Our existence in the last 3years has enabled us equip and inspire over 9,000 graduates across Kenya and East Africa through training, mentorship and linkage in the areas of; Transition, Mentorship, Employability, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Wealth Creation. Our goal is to achieve the Sustainable Development Goal No. 1 & 8 to eradicate extreme poverty for all people everywhere and promote, sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, productive employment and decent work for all.
