Our story dates back to 2015 when we conducted our first Youth leadership summit. A key take away was the challenge that graduates face as they transition from college to the marketplace.
Approximately 15 to 20 million well-educated young people are expected to join the African workforce every year for the next three decades. It matters to us that they can find decent jobs or engage in entrepreneurship for better livelihoods.
Our existence in the last 6 years has seen us, equip, inspire, and empower the youth through training and mentorship in

various Leadership, Employability and Entrepreneurship programs in line with the Sustainable development Goal 8, “promoting, sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, productive employment and decent work for all.
Our promise is to be the bridge that helps 1,000,000 young people manage their Transitions from school to work and between their careers.
At Afrika Transition Hub, we believe in the brilliance of the African Youth and that given the right skills and opportunities, they can be part of driving the growth of Africa and the world.
